Ok
it has been eleven months since I have posted to my blog, I have been out of it
since they changed my pain meds, and I am not doing great right now as that
they are changing them back because I spent the last eleven months sleeping
twelve to sixteen hours a day, and it sucks, I am glad they are changing my
meds back so that I will lose the Rumple Stilkin effect. With all that said before
the pain kicks back in let’s get on with this.

Ok
so I have been watching the show Ancient Aliens for some time now on the
history channel, great show by the way. Any way it is sent my mind in to motion
thinking about the group that is called Ancient Aliens believers, and some parallels
in our world with records from around the world. So now I am going it to a area
that I have been researching for a look time when I was questioning my faith. I
guess it happens to some of us.

I
started a journey into the world of the past looking to see if we were the meek
and it led me back to our creator. I want to make it perfectly clear I am a man
that loves, respects, and fully believes in God, The one true God the Creator
of Earth, the solar system, the galaxy, and the universe. I will never veer
from my belief in God, and even at gun point and if you shot me I would not
change that belief. I believe that God and only God created the entire universe,
and that if there are more than just us in the universe he created them too.
Maybe it is what was said in the New Testament that other nations will see and
know of Jesus when he ascended into Heaven, I do not know, but what I do know
is going to be told here.

So
here it I am going to put this out there for the world to see. There is Sumerian
text of clay tablets that talk of twelve nations in space, and there is a
record mentioned threw out text that I have seen in my research that tells of
thirteen skulls that are the records of the twelve nations in space and a
thirteenth being Earth, but only seven of these skulls have been found. They are
made of pure quartz and carved against the grain which should have made them shatter,
and man has not been able to reproduce them. They are said to billions of
amounts of data, which we know from research that it is true that quartz can
hold higher amounts of data than our typical hard drives of today. Why we have
not fully embraced this technology is beyond me at this time but I will find
the answer one day.

Now
I am going to tell you my theory from what I have learned. It is a simple one
and still holds to my belief in God. There is a change if you look at the text
of the bible that says that when the time comes for Jesus to return that the
twelve tribes of Israel must reach one hundred forty four thousand no more, and
no less. So if this is fact is it possible that these twelve tribes are the
twelve nations in the bible that the Sumerian text talks about and other
records?

Let’s
do this for simple sake of argument that it is true, and I am not saying it is
or is not, it is just a theory and I want to use the idea that it is fact, and
were the thirteenth tribe. Let me explain that first, so here it is in the full
theory.

It
starts with the fact that the book of Revelation says that all men and women
are to risen from the dead into Heaven and that those laid to rest in the sea
will be first, and those in the ground second, and it goes on to say that when
the twelve nations of Israel reaches one hundred forty four thousand then Jesus
will return to sit on the throne of God in the true church. But who are these
twelve tribes of Israel? I do not know for sure at this point but what if it
has something to do with who we are, and not by nation but by something
simpler, and goes back to the fact of the tower of babul, when God changed the
color of our skin, and our langue’s so that we would have to start over and
learn to speak to each other. Remember it would have been a scary time on that
day, it sent everyone running to other parts of the earth and to seek out those
that could understand them.

But
these tribes cannot be because of langue because on that day there came out the
hundreds nations that still exist today even if they changed their name of
their nation it is still the same nation.

So
could it be because of race, well let’s see, you have the Anglos, the Blacks, the
Asians, the Hispanic, the North American Indians, and this is based on the
color of skin, not how they speak because those tribes have migrated all over
the planet. So we have Black, Red, White, Yellow, Tan, skinned people, so it is
not by race, these tribe I believe are lost to history as far as the real truth
of these tribes and are only known to God and the Angels. But what about the twelve
tribes of space, I do not think they really play in to the roll of the bible myself
but hey I could be wrong but only God knows the answer to that.

If
these twelve tribes of space exist and only God knows that for sure at this
point, and were a combination of these twelve tribes then what happened to the
advance technology that got us here. Or did they bring a select few of each
tribe to this planet to make sure the twelve tribe survive this I cannot answer
yet either and I will only find the answer to that the day I stand before God
and I ask him.

Is
it possible that we were dropped off here to make sure the twelve tibes survie
and was not allowed to bring the technology with us and is it possible that the
area in the middle east that is full of radiation was where we blew up the ship
after we got off of it and used a device that vaporized it and left the
radiation behind. Could be a good way to explain the area, but I have no idea
of that either at this point, again this is all theory.

So
there you have it in a brief without going overboard. Even if the theory is
true what of God, someone asked me, I told them this, God created the Heavens
the Earth and on the seventh day he rested and in this seven days he created
man, but it does not say he only created man on the earth it only says he
created man, and in His image.

So
is it possible that we are not alone and that we are part of the twelve tribes
of space? Sure it is possible and because God created the heaven and the earth
and the solar system and the galaxy and the universe it is very possible and it
still leaves the fact that there is but only one god.

I got an email today stating that there is a proposal to the constitution, This email states:

Amendment 28

Congress shall make no law that to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the senators and the representatives, and Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators that do not apply equally to the Citizens of the United States.

I am ok with that but when I did a search for it and I found that there is no proposal or even an amendment 28 in the constitution. So I guess this would be considered a joke email. I did however find a site proposing the 28

Amendment to be:

Amendment 28
Section 1. The sixteenth amendment to the constitution is hereby repealed.
Section 2. An individual's income, from whatever source is free from any direct tax by the federal government of the United States. In no way shall a report of income be required of the United States.
Section 3. Indirect taxes collected should be apportioned among the several States with regard to census or enumeration.

Something neither of these added to their proposals is that there is a paragraph that needs to be in all amendments this being, This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States. Without that statement then the amendment is not actually passed by law or an amendment to the constitution of our great nation.

You see the states must ratify an amendment to the constitution. If they fail to do so in a timely manner then the amendment is null and void and would have to go before congress and the senate again until the states ratify it, and without ratification of an amendment, then the amendment fails. So if either of these amendments was actually added to the requests of Congress and they passed then they would go to the Senate, and if the senate passed them then they would go before the Governors of each state. The Governors then have to sign the amendment and if three fourths of the states do not sign the amendment, then the amendment still fails, you can see when most amendments to the Constitution of the United States passed by reading this site http://www.gpoaccess.gov/constitution/html/conamt.html this is an official government site of the amendments to our constitution that list most of the amendments by amendment and then list the state and date at the end of each amendment.

So if all of the above amendments were put into place then from the point that they were ratified the senators and congress men and women would thereby be subject to the laws that they pass. Something that has not been in effect for years, you see the Congressmen/woman and Senators of our great nation are above the law, just like our judges. It has become a sad time for America that our law makers and law enforcers, meaning the judges, and our president and vice president are all above the law; they cannot be arrested in any country and cannot be detained for anything they do. Which gives the president the right to commit any crime he/she feels they want to break and there is nothing that can be done to them until congress and the senate impeach the president, or vice president. This is also something that I think should be added to an amendment because this country was founded by the people for the people, they should have the right to call a special election by ballot of the states to remove the president and the congress/men and women and the senators of our government at any time that the majority of the people feel he/she is not working in the best interest of the people to which elected him or her.

I feel personally that if an amendment to the constitution was to be put forth for our constitution it should be this:

Amendment to the Constitution of the United States,
Section 1. Hereby gives the power of the people of the United States back to the people of the United States by, allowing them to call for their governor of each state to call a special election to remove any Congressman/woman, Senitor from office
Section 2. The people of the United States hereby have the right to remove any Vice President or President from office by special election if at any time three fourths of the nation of the people feels that the Vice President or President is not acting for the people by the people.
Section 3. The Congress or Senate no longer has the right to vote for themselves a pay raise, they must go to their state and ask for a special election from the people of their state that they are elected, for a pay raise. After the second time of asking for a pay raise fails, there will be a special election held to see if the people want to replace the Congressman/woman or senator in there state. When the special election is passed an second special election shall be held to vote for a new person to fill the vacated position.
Section 4. The President will only receive a pay raise at the time of election, and at no time while in office can the President be give a raise until three fourths of the Congress and Senate have been given a raise by their State.
Section 5. The Congress and the Senate or the President or Vice President can not in any way change this amendment without the vote of the people of the United States in an election or special election of the people.
Section 6. The Congressmen/woman, the Senators, Vice President and President shall pay taxes in the amounts of twenty percent on all income while in office, and at no time can they amend the Constitution to change the right not to pay taxes or the amount of taxes on their income while in office.

This Article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by three fourths of the States in the United States.

This is the first amendment I would put forth to the people of the United States the next one I would put before the people of the United States would be

Amendment to the Constitution
Section 1. the sixteenth amendment is amended.
Section 2. The people of the United States are to pay a flat tax of one percent of income in federal tax on all income earned from employment or by self employment.
Section 3. All other taxes are hereby amended to zero taxes from the people
Section 4. If at anytime that the Congress or Senate feel that the tax needs to be increased the Congress must call for a special election of the people of the United States to change the income tax.
Section 5. There shall be no longer any tax returns or tax filings given by the United States for the taxes on income.

This Article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by three fourths of the states of the United States.

This amendment is a belief that the money for the government has to come from somewhere to pay our government people. I also believe that an amendment to the Constitution should be made to stop our government from bailing out business that their people make bad decisions, it is up to companies to bail themselves out of the mess that they make for themselves. I also think that an amendment to the constitution should be made to abolish the FED (also known as the Federal Reserve) along with an amendment to allow for health care in the form that it is the same health care that is used by the congress and senators now and should be supplied by the insurance companies out there now and in the future, it is the right of the people to be healthy not a privilege of those with money to be healthy, but I also think it is not the right of the government to be in the people lives. It should be up to that person to choose how much of that care they wish to use. It should be provided at no cost to anyone all health care should free for all, but the only way to do that is either pass an amendment to the constitution to allow for the states to pay the companies that provide it or have the government pay the fees to those companies or to pass a law that says that there will be no cost for health care in the nation by any doctor or hospital. I also feel that that it should be that way when it comes to lawyers too. It should not cost anything to have to be represented in court by a lawyer, they have that to a point, all lawyers must give a certain amount of time out as pro bono but every attorney I know has a way around that by doctoring their books that they are taught in school.

If the government was to make health care free to everyone what would that do to our current health care system? That is the biggest worry I have right now when it comes to this issue. We have the best health care in the world or so we are lead to believe. So what would happen to it? How many doctors would leave the profession to find another line of work to pay their bills and supply their way of life. I believe that thousands would leave and thousands of medical students would leave school to move to another profession. I am also a believer of Star Trek type of lifestyle of society that everything should be free, but until the replicator is made it will never happen. Because the replicator is the key to that kind of society, and without the ability to have every person in America to have everything that is made available to them free would destroy are way of life. Also until the entire world comes around to the belief that everything should be free to everyone it also will not happen unless we cut our country off from the rest of the world in the aspect of importing anything and everything, but again we would have to have the replicators in everyone's hands.

Even with all this said we have to have the support of enough people across America to force our government people to pass such amendments and for that would take an extreme amount of phone calls and faxes and an extreme amount of originations like the Campaign for Liberty.

Blessed be our free nation! And may the Tree of Liberty quench it thirst in these days of tyrants!!

Time To Give My Views on Chruches

This is a long time coming, I say this because of the emails I get, and don't get me wrong I enjoy them.

I got an email today that triggered this. I need to ask that those of you that get my blog in their email to please post their comments on the blog site and not email me please, I will have to go back and post them and it is a lot of work to do so. You need to also understand that these views are my own and I stand behind them so if your going to try and start an argument that I should not be this way please understand this is from years of having to deal with the feelings, so lets try not to go there in your comments. With that said lets get started, (note that for some reason I can get the font from the email to change and it is going to look weird) and we start with the email I got in my email, and Thank you Pat for sending it to me and keep them coming, they are great, I was going to send this to just you but then I felt it better to post to my blog, and thank you for this as it gets some spent up feelings out of the way.

<span style='font-size: 18pt; He has wild hair, wears a T-shirt with holes in it, jeans, and no shoes. This was literally his wardrobe for his entire four years of college.

He is brilliant.. Kind of profound and very, very bright. He became a Christian while attending college.

Across the street from the campus is a well-dressed, very conservative church. They want to develop a ministry to the students but are not sure how to go about it.

One day Bill decides to go there. He walks in with no shoes, jeans, his T-shirt, and wild hair.. The service has already started and so Bill starts down the aisle looking for a seat. The church is completely packed and he can't find a seat. By now, people are really looking a bit uncomfortable, but no one says anything.

Bill gets closer and closer and closer to the pulpit, and when he realizes there are no seats, he just squats down right on the carpet.

By now the people are really uptight, and the tension in the air is thick.

About this time, the minister realizes that from way at the back of the church, a deacon is slowly making his way toward Bill.

Now the deacon is in his eighties, has silver-gray hair, and a three-piece suit. A godly man, very elegant, very dignified, very courtly. He walks with a cane and, as he starts walking toward this boy, everyone is saying to themselves that you can't blame him for what he's going to do.

How can you expect a man of his age and of his background to understand some college kid on the floor?

It takes a long time for the man to reach the boy.

The church is utterly silent except for the clicking of the man's cane. All eyes are focused on him.. You can't even hear anyone breathing... The
minister can't even preach the sermon until the deacon does what he has to do.

And now they see this elderly man drop his cane on the floor. With great difficulty, he lowers himself and sits down next to Bill and worships with him so he won't be alone.

Everyone chokes up with emotion.

When the minister gains control, he says,<span style='font-weight: bold; To guide you and protect you As you go along your way....
His love is always with you, His promises are true, And when we give Him all our cares, You know He will see us through.

I wish that I could find a church near us like this, but we have been to every church here and because we cant tithe, or cant dress the way the people here do we are treated like we do not belong there, it is a sad day when I have realized that the only way for me and my family to have our faith and not be treated like we do not belong in their churches is to do what Jesus did and that is to spend the day with family and friends that feel the same way.

No wonder more people do not go to churches, someone once told me that the churches are full of hypocrites but I did not believe them, but now I do, guess that is why Jesus said in Mark, Mathew and John, "do not pray in the churches, and synagogues, as the hypocrites do but pray in private in a closet" this is stated with the Lord's Prayer. Which by the way only the Catholic churches sill preach is the only prayer you need to pray. I am not saying I am catholic, because I am not, I am a biblical religionalist meaning that I believe in the way that Jesus did it and that is with family and friends in my home. I choose this belief because of the way I have been treated in the churches. I also will stand and tell anyone who askes me the truth like I did saturday to a woman from the church that we were members of, I was treated badly at the church and I saw racialism in the church, and I can not attend a church that allows it to go on, I spoke with the elders and the pastor of the chruch about it and was told and I quote "he is one of the most highest tithing members of our church, we let him act the way he wants to" I told them that is hypocritical and I would never come back. and this brought about the changes in my life to become a biblicalist as I like to call it. So this brings me to my next point, that helped make these changes as well.

Not once have I ever heard a minster speak the facts that Jesus stood up in the synagogues and spoke against the taking of money, but I do hear the story of the person that God struck down in the church for not giving everything they owned to the church. It is my belief that God does not what our money but wants our love and faith and nothing else. It is time that the people of the world realize this, I say this as my example, there is the smallest country in the world and it is the richest as well, and the money is horded in banks not used for what it should be used for, and that is the caring of our neighbor, this country is the Vatican City, in the middle of Rome. the money the churches take in are meant to be used to help our neighbors, not grow our churches but that is what it is mainly used for. This is true for all churches they take in money and hoard it in banks but not help the people that they are required to help. all of this money is suppose to help the people in your communities, not meant to be horded in the banks to draw interest and make the churches wealthy. and my next point is that a true minister of God does not get paid to speak the word of God but is a volunteer of the word that he or she is putting out there. A true church of God survives by the people that are in it giving the things that the church needs to build it, the lumber, the electricity for its heat and lights, not the people or the church paying for it.

You know that I find it amazing that people can stand and say their atheist but then say they don't believe in god, there is only two people in this world that have said that God does not exist, and they are my ex-wife and George Carlin. These are the only to people that I have ever heard say those words allowed in public. George Carlin did it during one of his shows, and he said "I tried I really tried to believe in a supreme being but I just could not", and my ex-wife stood in a catholic church and did it, and that afternoon they excommunicated her. The strange part of this is they both were raised catholic, and that I just find strange. You will never ever hear me utter those words, but you will hear me talk of the Creator or the Great Spirit all being God, because I am also an American Indian, and not a Native American, (I can not handle the political correctness that they try to force me to use) and there is a miss conception among the American people, that is why the called us heathens, it is not and I'll save that for another time.

I guess there comes a time in every mans life that he has to stand up and say why he believes in the things that he does, and this is just a peice of they way that I believe in one of the things I do. As it is said in the bible, We are to believe in God in our own ways and this is my way of beleiving in God.

The Infomercials and their hype

Is it me or does it bug you that the first thing you see when there is a infomercial about to start that states that the TV station showing these infomercials "is not responsible for the content" of what the infomercial says, which I say is bull. If we have to pay to be able to watch the station then that station thereby provided a service to the people that watch the station, and that should make them liable for the false advertising that that infomercial puts out, and that beings me to the reason for this article.

How many of you have seen the infomercial that the Danbury Mint show on various TV stations for the presidential dollars, and please remember this is just one mans opinion of what these infomercials seem to be. The Danbury Mint is just the most recent one that I have seen, and they are starting to drive me crazy with the full of crap statements they are making. Since I am a coin collector it upset me that they stated that you can not find presidential dollars at a bank, well I called every bank in my small town and I called several banks in Memphis to include several of the major banks that are nationwide. All of the banks I called have these presidential dollars, but now for the key to what they would say is these are regarding the untrue statement is that there uncirculated dollars, well you can not get uncirculated dollars at any bank, you have to specially order them threw your bank. This is how you get them either in a full roll or a single coin, you can also contact the Treasury directly for the uncirculated coins as well. In the infomercial the woman in it states you can not find any of the presidential coins and then iterviews a bank manager, what a crock of out right lying to the consumer. You may have to do what I did to find the coins, I was told to call the main branch of my bank and a couple of the other local banks told me the same thing, and I found several of the Washington dollar to include full unopened rolls from the mint.

Now on to the others, there is a saying out there if it is to good to be true then it probably is not true to start with. With that said then why are these infomercials allowed in the first place. I called the FCC, and tried to find out all I got told was I could file a complaint. This is an out rage that infomercials are even allowed. The one that gets to me the most is the Cash Flow Business, this one drives me insane, along with the others that are along the same line, the real estate one, and any other one that says, "stop living paycheck to paycheck" if you buy into these programs you better do your research first. Remember that the first thing you have to have for any kind of business is at a minimum of ten percent of the start up cost of any business, then you need an CPA (certified public accountant) next you need a lawyer to write out your contracts, and when that is done your going to need a tax id along with a business licenses, next you have to find investors to have on had to buy these so called cash notes, then you have to find these notes to buy, oh but wait the infomercial says that you can do all of this with the packet we sell you. but the packet is just the beginning, your going to have to go to seminars an sit on the phone in conference call classes. That is if you want to achieve the amounts that these people in the infomercial say they make.

There are hundreds of infomercials shown every day on TV but you might be surprised to learn no one really governs what it fact and what is a fictitious infomercial product, meaning that there is not one government body or some kind of company out there protecting the consumer. I called the U.S. Consumer Protection Agency, and spoke with a really nice lady that explained to me that it has never been set up to control infomercials. I wish I had gotten her name so I could call her back with more questions. I also called the U.S. Attorney Generals Office and talked to them about infomercials, and the man I spoke with told they get thousands of complaints everyday, I asked why isn't there a agency that governs the people that put out these infomercials, it is after all the Attorney Generals Office to help protect the consumer from these types of things, it is after all no better than having a thief reaching into your pocket and taking your money. I was told that it would be up to us the consumer to get an agency appointed to control these infomercials. Which these days we all know trying to get our congress and senate to do anything for the people to protect them is like pulling teeth out of the mouth of a mule with out using anesthetic.

So what do we do, to start protecting our selves from these fast talking people in these infomercials? I have only one way and that is no matter what else is on change the channel to anything but an infomercial and watch the show that is on till the infomercial is over and your show comes on, if your TV is not on that channel then the TV stations will get a clue there losing people to watch there station and when that happens they lose money because they lose clients base on ratings for the content on the station at that time, the more they lose the sonner these infomercials will not be on TV any more.

For the record it has taken me two months to put together this article in my spare time, and it is something that I felt needed to be said. Remember if it sounds to good to be true, do the research to find out if it is true, and even then it is still going to be a lot of work to do.
There is no such thing as the no capital, you have to pay out money to make money, and there is no way to get rich quick, and that is the thing that all these infomercials are counting on.

Evony: Age I - Browser Game

Evony is a browser game that plays on any computer no matter the speed of the processor, type of video card, amount of memory. I just can not seem to get enough of this game, I am in one of the strongest alliances on the server called Burn, and with our leaders BlackPearl and AireXX and our alliance members we are a group of friends from around the world that have quickly became the targets of the server.

The entire time I am in the game playing I am chatting the friends that I have made in the USA, AU, Europe, and I am still trying to find out where everyone is from in our alliance, this is the best game for making friends.

The world of Evony is set in the middle ages of history, you start with a city and build up to a castle and create more cities to improve your strength, and show that you are growing in strength by the way your city looks on the map.

Evony is one of the fastest growing communities on the net today, millions have joined in on the game play, you should too, and if you follow the quest guide that is built into your screen you will soon be among those of the other alliances most wanted hit list.

What a way to spend time relaxing and enjoying great conversation than playing a game that you are going to make friends fast and get to conquer the world at the same time, not your first person shooters but more of the middle ages of empire take over games that will consume you. You've been warned! This is an out rage that goes along with the rest of what our government is doing with our tax dollars. which is throwing it to whom ever they please for bad decisions.

The outrageous part of this is that there are veterans that have not received their disability that is justly deserved for giving there all to our country. They have even discharged veterans for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and said it is a case of Mood Disorder and because they were discharged with a "Mood Disorder" instead of PTSD they get no disability or a pension that they rightly deserved for their service to our country. I am not going to go into the crap they have put me through trying to get my disability, which has yet to be awarded me as well, that is another posting in its self.

The Veterans Affairs Office report also called the payments "not fiscally responsible." states that four high level employees received $60,000.00, $73,000.00, $58,000, and $59,000.00 respectively, and a new employee received $4,500.00 within her first 90 days of being hired. The annual award per employee in both years that was given, it out turns out to be $2,500.00as stated in the report.

Even Jennifer S. Duncan a retired employee received $60,000.00 plus in bonuses, and she improperly approved more than $140,000.00 in bonuses as well, the reports states that she acted like she had a blank check when came to handing out money.

A few are going to be made to pay back the improperly given money, but just who it that is going to have to pay back it does not say, I am a firm beliver that most of this money will never be paid back and the Higher employees should have to pay back the funds as well, but I do not believe that they will be made to pay it back, or go to jail.

The Veterans Administration said it is looking into the situation, and "does not condone misconduct by its employees and will take the appropriate corrective actions for those who violate VA policy," This according to a statment that was given to someone at CNN, of course I'll believe that when I see it happen and they arrest those that do not repay the money.

But what about the veterans, are we ever going to see our disability, those of us that defended our country in the time of war and in the time of need that our government felt it needed to put us in harms way. I for one say and will always say those that went to wars or were put in harms way by the needs of our government (harms way, meaning the Panama Conflict, the black ops missions that are kept secret, the yellow stone fire that was deemed a domestic enemy and so on) should be given their disability no questions asked, those that served in the times of war see the worst of things that should not be seen by anyone, and if our government says stand proud and defend our nation in this location then it is their responsibility to care for those that were injured even in ways that cant be seen by looking at the vet, looks are deceiving.

So if you have read this and are like me then do what I did and write a letter to:

I am in hopes that somewhere out there they may put this into action as it is to late to notify them of this idea.

For starters we all know from the past when our government bailed out GMAC and Ford Motor Credit that they became government companies, and that these employees get their pay checks in the names of the respected companies, but are in all since of the job, a government employee with government type benefits. The same type that the US Postal Service has. Also for the record our government bailed out the USPS in the 1930's during the depression and they became a government company.

So with that being said, here is how I think all of this should work. All Chairmen/woman of the board of directors, CEOs, Presidents and Vice Presidents all should be fired and held accountable for their action of their bad decisions. Just like if an employee in the lowest position of a company was to call in sick for the twentieth time without a doctors excuse. This is a bad decision by this employee and are usually fired and lose all benefits. These higher ups should be treated the same way.

All corporations that have foreign offices must have all these offices moved to the USA except for certain type of banks (I'll get to this in a moment) All foreign employees will have to be terminated. No moving former employees from outside the USA, unless they are U.S. Citizens, then they get to keep their job. If they are found to be involved in the bad decision making of the clasps of the company then they too lose their job. It does not matter who is involved in the clasp of a company they lose their job.

This is my plan of action that needs to be added to the bail out
agreements that these companies must agree to in order for the U.S.
government to assist in bailing them out of their bad decision making. Or they can file reconciliation bankruptcy, chapter 13 bankruptcy or just go out of business. The companies that agree to being bailed out must move all offices and manufacturing plants back to the United States. This is going to cause these country to lose jobs. This is not about those countries it is about our own country and our own people that are in need of jobs. Yes this is probably going to cause the cost of higher import tax into those countries, which is what our government should be doing. This tax can be covered by charging the customers in that country for the tax by including it in the price to buy the product. That is what happens to us when we buy a product made outside the USA, the company that imports product to the USA tacks on a small amount to the price to cover the lower import tax that the US Government charges that company.

All offices that are to be moved to the USA are to be split up between the fifty states starting with the highest unemployment states. As an example if a company has fifty offices out side the United States then the largest office would go to the highest unemployment state. This does not in any way count Washington D.C. the U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other outlying area that is claimed by the United States.

Now if a company that requests to bailed out by the United States and they have, lets say five offices outside the United States, this is even if it is a manufacturing plant. The company that is to be bailed out by the US and they only have the five offices mentioned, all five are manufacturing plants. The the states with the highest unemployment percentage would be given the first option to put in a sealed bid for the amount of taxes they would charge to have this office or plant in their state.

This would be done just as if they were biding on a government contract. The lowest bidder wins, and they would have to freeze that tax amount for ten years. Also the company that is bailed out by the United States for any reason can never again move any of its offices outside the United States. This protects the people of the United States from losing, their job unless this company finally closes its doors. This company cannot move its office or plant from the state that wins the bid for a set amount of fifty years to help keep jobs in that state.

It would be requirement of the company to contract with the same office that every government employee gets their benefits from. This would mean that the same office that supplies the medical insurance that the USPS (The United States Postal Service) uses would be the office that supplies this benefit. Also the company that is bailed is in not allowed to hire a foreigner unless that person become a U.S. citizen or is in the process of becoming a legal us citizen of the United States and has come to the United States by legal means.

This brings me to my finial example, Lets say a company wanted to bailed out and they came to the US government tomorrow and said we would like the US government to bail out our company, can you help us. The government says yes but you have to agree to these stringent rules and the company agrees. So now in this agreement the USA will assist in moving all office and plants back to the USA as well as restructuring the company. The company is also reminded that an investigation will be done into the company and all involved in the decision making of this company that are found to be the ones responsible for the bad decisions are going to be terminated and held accountable as well.

After the agreement is finished, then the governors of the states that have the highest unemployment rates are then notified that they can put in a sealed bid to have the office or plant moved to their state. The state must go to their Senate and Congress and set the amount of the bid for this office or plant. Once the bid is accepted and the US assigns the state that gets the bid then this state is also going to have to assist with the moving of the company and buying of land or office buildings for these offices.

Remember as these company offices are moved into the United States the unemployment rates are going to change in these states and they will be sooner than later become a lower unemployment state, so every state will become eligible to bid on these bail out companies. This means that once every state reaches a one percent unemployment rate then every state will be notified that there is a bid availability and the dead line for bidding.

Lets say Mississippi wins the bid for a company manufacturing plant, the state of Mississippi is then protected from this company moving its office or plant for fifty years. The only thing that can stop this protection is the fact that the company goes out of business. The State of Mississippi is then given a dead line for getting the plant built and once this plant is built then this company has to close its doors in the country that this plant is in and sell the building and any other property in that county, also this money goes back to the state government to help pay back the cost of the building of the plant or office buildings. This is meant to help protect these states from losing their money that the state's taxpayers paid in to the state.

Once the fifty years is met then the company has the right to move the plant or office to another state but not outside the Untied States. This is just my idea that should be added to the bill and every bail out plan that the United States Government does. Also the company must pay back a set amount that the United States Government sets. Also one other thing if the company is a bank that has branches in other countries the branches can stay in those countries but the company must open offices and branches in the State that wins the sealed bid and this bank must open a main branch in that state. This will assist in lowering the unemployment in the United States.

This is just a brief of my idea and it is my belief that it is time that the United States Government start looking out for its citizens and creating jobs for its citizens and to protect from this happening again in the United States.

Obama Blames Lobbyist, Politicians for Financial Crisis

Ok so yesterday I said that Obama and McCain did not fill the answer to my question that I always ask my self. Last night and this morning I was out doing research for my "Right to Vote" on which candidate would make the best choice to fill the position of President.

Someone tell me if I am going crazy here....

Because the more I dig the more I am finding on how I agree with some (more than not) on the views of Obama. This does not mean that I have changed my vote as of yet. At this point I am still voting for the Consititutionalist Baldwin.

So here is the deal this morning I got this story in my email from CNN (CNN<---- click here) quick news that I get every morning. For the record I usally glance at it read the breifs that are included with the headlines and if it is important enough I read the article that is included with a link or I just delete the email.

Well this morning there was another story on Obama and his views on an issue. This one was on what this post is titled as. I have been intrigued as to how may times (and yes I am keeping track) that Obama opens his mouth and what comes out of it I agree with. Yes I know those of you that I have been in email conversations are saying "see I told you so", that is such an ugly phrase, but it happens to the best of us. Also if it comes down to it and I find that I am voting (OMG!! am I really saying this or contemplating this) for Obama then I will let it be known that "Hey I was wrong". So until that day comes please those of you that have been in these email conversations please hold the "I told you so" until then.

For the record this is the seventeenth thing that Obama has said that I agree with and Baldwin is still ahead by the huge margin of twenty-nine. There is also the fact of Obama's record, and the controversy of him not being allowed to run for office. Then there is the suit that was filed against him, that still has not been decided in court. Which I am keeping an eye on.

The other thing that has me making this post is that he (by his record, not just his mouth) is on the side of the military and the veterans of America. This is a big issue with me and you that have read my blog understand why.

So here is the deal, Obama may not be the candidate that I am going to vote for but I wanted to let it be know that I am starting to see why a lot of you may end up voting for him.

So we'll see where this leads, I will keep you informed. As for McCain I will never vote for him, not by his record of selling out America to the highest dollar that he can put in his pocket. Following the "Bush plan", Supporting bush in every way, Along with trying to give away "Citizenship" to the illegals! Which is one thing that Obama also voted for. So that is a minus against him.

Also I have to agree with a friend of mine that said "If Americans want to change the Senate, then change the Senator." I think that the Senator and Congressmen and women know this change is coming. Just like it did in the thirties when the American people were tired of the way things were being run into the ground.

I also still think that we the people need to get a bill on the ballot that forces the Senators and Congressmen and women to have to come before their state in an election every year for a raise. If we feel that they are not doing the job by the people for the people then they dont get their raise. Also if after three attempts and they do not get the raise then they have to step down and do not get the check every month, that they get now. Also I feel that they should only be allowed to hold office for two consecutive terms, just like the president. Not hold their office for life if they choose to run that long. But this is another topic for my blog... maybe tomorrow.

Ok as a friend said "that is my two cents worth!"

Have a great day everyone

An email I got without a valid return address!

How many of us get these emails every day. Thousands I guess, and I am not sure where this guy got my email address. I am not even sure if his name is really Geroge Penny. All I am sure of is that he emailed me. So today I bring that email out in this blog for your comments and discussion.

So here we go. we start with the original email as it was emailed to me.

As this very complex finance bailout plan takes ship, all that's clear so far is that each American will be contributing $7,500, a figure somewhere in the 1

As this complex finance bailout plan takes shape,
all that’s clear is that each American will be contributing $7,500 to it. The total
figure is somewhere in the 1.5 trillion dollar range. Apparently, nothing in
the plan forces the bailed-out companies to change their ways.

In the midst of this fog, Barack Obama
offered the following list of guidelines, demands from Congress for assurances
that the final deal must reflect “the basic principles of transparency,
fairness, and reform.” He issued this statement today at a rally in Charlotte, N.C. His list actually
works well as a template for letters that we all should be writing
to Congress, letters insisting that we get something for what we
are paying for. Here’s his list from today’s speech:

“First, there must be no blank check when American
taxpayers are on the hook for this much money.

Second, taxpayers shouldn’t be spending a dime to reward CEOs on Wall Street.

Third, taxpayers should be protected and should be able to recoup this
investment.

Fourth, this plan has to help homeowners stay in their homes.

Fifth, this is a global crisis, and the United States must insist that other
nations join us in helping secure the financial markets.

Sixth, we need to start putting in place the rules of the road I’ve been
calling for for years to prevent this from ever happening again.

And finally, this plan can’t just be a plan for Wall Street, it has to be a
plan for Main Street. We have to come together, as Democrats and Republicans,
to pass a stimulus plan that will put money in the pockets of working families,
save jobs, and prevent painful budget cuts and tax hikes in our states.”

I suppose it shouldn’t be too surprising that Mr. Obama
should come up with something this comprehensive. Just out of law school, Obama
worked for a year as a financial researcher and writer in a New York firm
called Business International Corporation. His wrote newsletters outlining
points of interest for companies doing business overseas. The newsletters were
aimed at senior executives and had arcane titles like "Financing Foreign
Operations" or "Investing, Licensing, and Trading Conditions Abroad."

It’s nice that he can apply whatever
chops he learned to our current mess, and not a minute too soon. Somebody’d better do something.
Here are links to his speech and his background on Wall Street:

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0908/13181.html

http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=92337754

Ok now for my response to this email and I sent it to several of my friends too. Also when I sent it out I got the return respons that George Penny's email was invalid, This frustrates me to no end. If your going to email me at least give me a vaild email so I can email you back. Especially when it is a vlaid email that is worth discussing, and giving my views on it or at least the topic of the email. This guy did point out in his six points that I agree with so I did not have a coment on these. I did however have to respond on his final coment about Obama. That responce is here. Unedited and paisted as it was sent out to my friends.

George,

I am not sure who you are or how you got my email
address, but after reading your letter this is what I have to say in
responce. (the original is at the bottem for those of you I included
into this conversation) As for his speaches anyone can make a promise,
I know this from running in school as class VP. Everyone should realize
that a promise out out of a candidate's mouth is worth nothing. It is
the actions of the candidate that has to stand for his or her proof as
to weather he or she is going to hold up that promise.

As for Obama, I do not like this crooked individual and will not
be voting for him, I will not be voting for McCain either. there is
only one choice out there, and this year it is time to vote for a
different party.

It does not any longer boils down to the lesser of two evils, not
when you have the Constitutionalists Party and the Independent Party.
But every one forgets about them. The more that this comes into play
the more the Democrats and the Republicans are going to start to change
back to "It's about America and the people, not themselves"

Also this will also force the hand of the removal of the electoral
college that should have been taken out of play when women (the last
minorty in America) were given the right to vote. The electoral college
was put into place to allow the people that were not allowed to vote
the ability to be counted into the election process.

This is archaic and very out of date and this is why states are
removing them selves from the electoral college, there are now
seventeen states, (Iowa is one of them as of this year) that have
removed themselves from this process to make the votes of the people
count. This is one of the things that is still forcing the American
public not to vote.

This years election is one of the most important elections in the
history of America. It is because the person that gets elected this
year is the person that is either going to run the USA into a second
depression or is going to work for the people by the people. This
brings me to my point.

You have to ask your self one question, and that is this.

Is any of the people that are running regardless of the party going to work for the American people?

If
you can honestly say yes to this question, as to any of the people that
are running regardless of the party then that is the only person that
you should vote for. I ask my self this question every election year
and usually there is no one that fills into this question (except the
year Regan ran). You also have to do the research on all of the people
running as I have done. This year there is only one person that I can
say, yes he or she is going to fill the position of President as a
person that is going to help the American people and that is the Constitutionalists party candidate, Chuck Baldwin.

He is willing to give the power back to the people and enact the
constitution back into play. There was also the candidate Ron Paul and
if he was still running, I would have voted for him, like thousands of
other people would have.

This year is the year that the American people need to stand up and
vote for the person that is going to work for America. "Not the lesser
of two evils!!"

Everyone please do the resarch of all of the
canidates without looking at all the hype that is out there. Look
insted at the record of each candidate and make your choice from all of
the candidates not just the repbulican and democratic parties.

Ok I am now seteping off the soap box, everyone have a great day.

So can someone point me to the George Penny in question so that I can at least respond to his email. I did check the headder and its IP sends me to gmail.com That tells me this guy whom ever he is is computer savy as to at least manipulating the email program on his system right down to the sending IP. All I can do is hope that this either came from a friend that does not want me to know that he or she sent it or he canseled his email address with Gmail.

Ok I now open the floor to everyone that wishes to coment on these two emails.

Y'all have a great day.

The Cause and Effect of the Economy

Ok we have all seen the economy and its effect it is having on all of us at the lower levels of the income scale. Yet the rich seem to be getting richer and since when does the American Economy base its scale on the cost of oil? This is a question that was asked of me the other day, a question
that I could not answer. Yep me the one that is full of useless knowledge could not answer the question.

Well I went out and did the research, and found that after the supposed oil crisis in the seventies (for the record I lived threw) I found that the USA bases its prices on the cost of oil. This has happened ever since we were taken off the gold standard. Hmm, a switch that was expected by the wealthiest of the wealthiest, I think so. But hey that is just my opinion!

So will someone tell me this, since I am tired of digging for the answer? If the rich are still getting richer then what is going to happen when the economy falls out completely? Then what are the rich going to do, just like in the twenty and thirties. The rich forget they were affected by the great depression just like the lowest of the lower class. When the banks started to fall and the bottom fell out of the stock market the richest of the rich were jumping out of the empire state building to their deaths. We have all seen the films. So if there are no jobs to be had and no ways to make the money then what are the wealthy going to do? Do the work them for their companies? I think not! But again that is my opinion.

I read the story that was published on the CNN website titled "Oil prices fall -- will groceries follow? The story says no and I agree with them. The fact those of us that lived during the seventies know that the prices are not going to fall even if the prices return to normal. Why is this? It is simple the prices in America are based on the cost of oil plain and simple. Even if these oil prices fall the cost of the products in America does not. It is because of the BOTTOM LINE of the companies and the RICH STUFFING THEIR POCKETS! By the way this article points out in a small way without really doing it.

What about if the economy bottom falls out, the rich have their off shore bank accounts to fall back on. Well that is true but that will only last for so long because the off shore account do not give interest. Not one of them, I know this because when I lived in Germany I put marks in a German bank account and let it sit until the exchange rate dropped. When I left Germany the exchange rate
had dropped because of a new president in the U.S. Our decision on who becomes our President has reaching effects on other economies. I did not know this until I was stationed in Germany. When I got there the mark rate was 3.05 for every dollar and I watched it climb to 3.12 and I exchanged a hand full of dollars for marks and deposited them into a German bank, and asked about interest
and was told that the banking system that I was putting my money into did not do interest. I thought cool that will protect my money, but I won’t make any money until the rate falls. Which it did I watched it drop from 3.12 for every dollar to 1.06 when I exchanged it and made a great return. Back to the President deal, if the foreign people like our President then there economy changes in our favor, how this works I have yet to figure out, all I know is that it does.

Now that just proves that everything in the world is based on "for every action there is a reaction" and this is also pointed out in this article. The price of corn and grain mean higher feed cost, this is because our government is trying to get everyone to grow corn for the "GREEN AMERICA" which affects the price of meat. This also causes the invisible pricing. What is this you ask? Well this is when the price of corn oil goes up it causes the size of potato chip bags to shrink but the price stays the same. Do not believe me look at the size of these bags when you are in the store next
time and think about how much a bag of potato chips weighed two years ago compared to today, and yet the price is the same if not more. Cause and effect or action verses reaction, also once a package shrinks they always seem to stay that way so no matter if the prices of corn oil or gas drops, the effects stay the same.

Also now with Chavez is forcing out our ambassador you can expect those cheep stations that were buying their oil from Venezuela to go up, "the proof is in the pudding" as my Grandmother always told me. It starts today with places like the local Double Quick Station raising their prices seventeen cents. Along with the Kroger Station and you can guarantee that the other stations are going to follow suit. Why? Because the bottom line will go into the pockets of the higher ups, they are also blaming hurricane Ike. Yeah right! These hurricanes never affected them before, but now they are, and it is because of the bottom line. The higher ups want to fill their pockets more and
more and they need to blame something, and I guess Ike is better than nothing in their books.

So in the end "Cause and Effect" or "Action vs. Reaction" is filling the pockets of the rich and the richest of the rich. I still would like to know what they are going to do when the bottom falls out like it did in Russia and the twenties and thirties.

This is just my opinion, and I am one of the ones on the lower end of the economy.

If you want to read the article that I based this on you can find it here http://www.cnn.com/2008/LIVING/personal/09/11/oil.grocery.prices.ap/index.html on the CNN website.

Ducks quack, Eagles soar (a story from my email)

I do not know who wrote the following story but it made my morning to receive it, and it is so very true. I try to do this every day, some are harder than others, but if you allow your self to become and eagle then you will find yourself in such a better place. Those that choose to be ducks and do nothing but complain will find themselves in a world that will leave them quacking the rest of their lives.

Like I stated I got this from a close friend in my email. She is an eagle, and she and I used to work together with one other person. Our boss was one of the people that would fly off the handle at the drop of a pin, which made it not the greatest work environment when he was in town. We stuck it out and she made it one of the best place to work. We have stayed in contact even after we both went to other places and she is always sending something to brighten my day. She lives in another town now, but she seems to know just when I need something to brighten my day, even though we do not talk in person or on the phone and most of the emails are only jokes and stories.

She like my wife, seems to know somehow that I need something to brighten my day. That is what a great friend does. My wife is one of my greatest friends, as it should be. No secrets and we always talk about what is bothering us. She even says I am ignoring her at time, even though I am not. She knows I am not but she just want to make sure I up to speed with what she is saying.

My wife is an eagle as well, she knows it, and goes threw life looking at the bright side of everything. Even when it seems the darkest side comes out to play. My wife is a unique person that is hard to find, and I love her more than I think she will even know. I thank God everyday for allowing me my wife and friends into my life. Without them I would be lost.

Ok so here is the story I got in my email. I hope you'll use it to make your life brighter, and to make the world a happier palce.

Ducks Quack, Eagles Soar
Author unknowen

No one can make you serve customers well.
That's because great service is a choice.

Harvey Mackay, tells a wonderful story about a cab driver that proved
this point.

He was waiting in line for a ride at the airport.
When a cab pulled up, the first thing Harvey noticed was that the taxi
was polished to a bright shine.
Smartly dressed in a white shirt, black tie, and freshly pressed black
slacks, the cab driver jumped out and rounded the car to open the back
passenger door for Harvey

He handed me a laminated card and said:
'I'm Wally, your driver. While I'm loading your bags in the trunk I'd
like you to read my mission statement.'

Taken aback, Harvey read the card. It said:
Wally's Mission Statement:
To get my customers to their destination in the quickest, safest and
cheapest way possible in a friendly environment.

This blew Harvey away. Especially when he noticed that the inside of the
cab matched the outside.
Spotlessly clean!

As he slid behind the wheel, Wally said, 'Would you like a cup of
coffee? I have a thermos of regular and one of decaf.'

I said jokingly, 'No, I'd prefer a soft drink.'
Wally smiled and said, 'No problem. I have a cooler up front with
regular and Diet Coke, water and orange juice.'

Almost stuttering, Harvey said, 'I'll take a Diet Coke.'
Handing him his drink, Wally said, 'If you'd like something to read, I
have The Wall Street Journal, Time, Sports Illustrated and USA Today.'

As they were pulling away, Wally handed me another laminated card.
'These are the stations I get and the music they play, if you'd like to
listen to the radio.'

And as if that weren't enough, Wally told Harvey that he had the air
conditioning on and asked if the temperature was comfortable for him.
Then he advised Harvey of the best route to his destination for that
time of day. He also let him know that he'd be happy to chat and tell
him about some of the sights or, if Harvey preferred, to leave him with
his own thoughts.

'Tell me, Wally,' Harvey asked the driver, 'have you always served
customers like this?'

Wally smiled into the rear view mirror. 'No, not always. In fact, it's
only been in the last two years. My first five years driving, I spent
most of my time complaining like all the rest of the cabbies do. Then I
heard the personal growth guru, Wayne Dyer, on the radio one day.

He had just written a book called You'll See It When You Believe It.
Dyer said that if you get up in the morning expecting to have a bad day,
you'll rarely disappoint yourself. He said, 'Stop complaining!
Differentiate yourself from your competition. Don't be a duck. Be an
eagle. Ducks quack and complain.
Eagles soar above the crowd.''

'That hit me right between the eyes,' said Wally.
'Dyer was really talking about me. I was always quacking and
complaining, so I decided to change my attitude and become an eagle. I
looked around at the other cabs and their drivers. The cabs were dirty,
the drivers were unfriendly, and the customers were unhappy. So I
decided to make some changes. I put in a few at a time. When my
customers responded well, I did more.'

'I take it that has paid off for you,' Harvey said.

'It sure has,' Wally replied. 'My first year as an eagle, I doubled my
income from the previous year.
This year I'll probably quadruple it. You were lucky to get me today. I
don't sit at cabstands anymore. My customers call me for appointments on
my cell phone or leave a message on my answering machine. If I can't
pick them up myself, I get a reliable cabbie friend to do it and I take
a piece of the action.'

Wally was phenomenal. He was running a limo service out of a Yellow Cab.
I've probably told that story to more than fifty cab drivers over the
years, and only two took the idea and ran with it. Whenever I go to
their cities, I give them a call. The rest of the drivers quacked like
ducks and told me all the reasons they couldn't do any of what I was
suggesting.

Wally the Cab Driver made a different choice. He decided to stop
quacking like ducks and start soaring like eagles.

How about us?

Smile, and the whole world smiles with you.....

The ball is in our hands! The choice is ours!

Now the following was included at the bottom of the email and I felt it was worth adding by its self
it is a bible scripture that in a short paragraph says the same thing. So lets make the world a happier and brighter place. Do not believe me, put the recomendation of this story to use and see how much happier the world will be.

Galatians 6:7-10 ...God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The
one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap
destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will
reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the
proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up...let us do good
to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of
believers.

Ok lets see what happens to the world, go forth and make the wolrd a happy place for everyone.

Letter to the Editer of the Oxford Eagle

If you get the Oxford Eagle here in Mississippi which I hope some of you do, then sometime this week you will see a letter to the Editor from me that will be published. I could not get them nailed down to the exact date, but after two phone calls from them today, I believe that they are most likely going to publish this tomorrow or Friday. So those of you that get the Oxford Eagle keep an eye out for it. Or you can go here (if you can find it on this site let me know because I could not find any letters posted to the editor): http://www.oxfordeagle.com/index.html

It is about one of the videos from McCain, but if you do not get the Oxford Eagle and cant find it on their page I will be posting the letter here here. I am not posting it now because I want to see if they edit it or if they really publish it, you know how things can change in the news world. We'll just have to see huh? Either way I will give them the chance to publish it first, then I will publish the full letter here.

This is the first of letters several letters I have written them that they feel needed to be brought to the public attention. I have in the past written them a couple of letters on the handicapped issues in Oxford and how the city has treated those of us that are handicapped and one on how the mayor of the city only looks to the square. Well that has changed after a few other people have stepped up and started working with the city and someone got the DOJ involved and they are looking at the city and its handicapped issues and the sidewalks are being fixed and added as they should have been back in 1994 when the cities of this country under the ADA Act were told that all areas must be handicapped accessible by February 2000 to include the sidewalks and parking. The county is another area all together, and I will be writing the County Supervisor (My old boss) Johnny Morgan on this soon. I will be sending him several copies of the stuff that must be done to bring the county up to the ADA Act. Oh wait all of this is an entirely different posting.... me and my ranting huh?

To get back to the posting that I started to begin with. Sorry I know I go off on these tangents of other things, it is how my mind works in streams of stuff and I get routed to them before I complete my thought so sorry but that is me.

At any rate this letter being published excites me and to have it published by the local paper is one of the things that get these things into to the public eye and into their thoughts. I remember after I went before the city council that there were several people talking about it at the coffee shop that I would go to (that is no longer open) and I overheard them for days after discussing the fact that the city left me out back (at what is now called the "black door of city hall") for almost an hour even after I sent my son up to get them to come unlock the service entrance, which by the way is also the handicapped entrance to city hall. Even though that story does not state anything about me being left out side, someone at the City Council Meeting stated talking about it.

The story is here:http://media.www.thedmonline.com/media/storage/paper876/news/2001/01/25/News/Oxford.City.Council.Plans.To.Make.The.City.More.Handicapped.Accessible.Following-1578980.shtml

There were several handicapped people that tried to get it changed, but the city says the Oxford Historical Society stated "This building is a Historical Land Mark and can't be changed". So you see when you do things like write letters to the editor and go before the city council and it gets in the paper it gets the public thinking and talking. It is also a way of standing up for the rights of the people and our freedoms. The standing up for our rights of the people should be done by everyone every day. Then and only then would our government be forced to start doing the right thing for the people by the people, and this is a major issue in this country today.

I know I have said this before; it is true in my eyes that this should be done. It is time that our government returns to the state when it was afraid of the people. It is time that we the people get a bill written that forces our state and federal government to come to us the people to vote to get its raises, and if the people of the state feel that our senators and congressmen and women are not doing the job for the people by the people then they do not get a raise. If after three attempts to get a raise and they fail then they must step down at the end of their term and not be allowed to run and not get a so called retirement check every month even for one year in office.

This is happening to this day, after one year in office a senator, congressman or woman, and our president get a check every month. I wish every job had to do that don’t you? This bill would have to be of course forced onto the ballot for the people to vote on it. I believe that everyone that votes would agree with this, and look at how it would cut the budget of the government spending, with all those checks not going out to the former people of our government that never deserved them to start with.

I wrote this letter to the editor to help get a view to the public that I felt that the public should be aware of. Also I said at the beginning, the letter will be posted after it is published. Also I will still be posting my letter to Congressman Childers in a couple of days, nope I have not forgotten that either. I mailed that letter on Saturday so his office should have given it to him by now and I should be receiving a response from this letter soon.

Ok that is it for now everyone have a great day.

Losing it Because of the Cost of Living

Well it looks like I am going to be off the net for a while come the twenty eighth of this month.

With the ever changing price of gas causing the up climbing price of food, and necessary supplies and electric and water cost going up. This is becoming inevitable to everyone I guess.

Those of use that are barely making it are going to be in a really sad state in coming moths if our government does not do something to stop it. With the banks starting to fail, and the dollar drooping more and more, millions will be homeless and living on the streets in all the cities, just like in the thirties.

Even if those that have a job are not going to be able to afford the things they need like electric and water and food and the rent. If the banks keep failing then everything else will fail. The jobs, the companies, and the stores. If this happens then there will be no way to get food, cloths, and the other things we must have to survive.

You remember the photos and the news films of Russia while they were in their depression, we help bailed them out of their depression by giving them food and cloths. There is no country rich enough to help us out of our depression and we will be on our own. Which means our depression will last longer than any and we will become a third world country.

We have seen those pictures of the third world countries and places that the people are living in shanty towns this is what is going to happen again to America again, just like the thirties.

I will be going to places like the library at the Ole Miss Campus, and to the local coffee shops to check my email and to keep this blog running. This seems to be the only way I have to go right now. there is nothing I can do right now to prevent this. This just happens to the best of us at times.

Something has to go to try and keep food in the house and gas in the car to keep my wife working and I have to keep the phone to stay in contact with my doctor and to order my meds. So this is what I chose to go right now, but things change and we maybe able to make some other changes and get the net back we will have to see.

Those of you that email me and stay in contact via email keep emailing me I will be checking them as I can get to town.

Back to the Veterans Adminstration Denial

Well I am writing a letter to my Congressman for my denial of my disability, this is not by choice a three page letter. I wish I could cut it down to two pages so it is shorter and to the point. I had to make it three pages to get to the full issue and quote two laws that I found, and did not know that it existed. I also fund under title 38 part II chapter 11 subchapter II several other laws that every veteran should be aware of and read. It is my belief that every veteran should be made aware of these laws which gives them rights and Legal Course of Action to stand aginst the Veterans Adminstration and bring about their claim to their favor.

the laws I used are laws USC title code 38 part 2 chapter 11 sub chapter II Sub Section 1117 and 1118 (laws are here if you wish to read them, http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode38/usc_sec_38_00001117----000-notes.html then to get to 1118 click on next at the bottom of the page) these two laws state that the Jackson MS Veterans Administration Claims Office should have never denied me for my claim if I am reading these two laws correctly. These laws state and I quote

From TITLE 38 > PART II > CHAPTER 11 > SUBCHAPTER II > § 1117

  (a)

(2)
For purposes of this subsection, the term
“qualifying chronic disability” means a chronic disability resulting
from any of the
following (or any combination of any of the following):

(A)
An undiagnosed illness.

(B)
A medically unexplained chronic multisymptom
illness (such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and
irritable bowel syndrome) that is defined by a cluster of signs or symptoms.

Any diagnosed illness that the Secretary
determines in regulations prescribed under subsection (d) warrants a
presumption of service-connection.

A disability for which compensation under this
subchapter is payable shall be considered to be service connected for
purposes of all other laws of the United States.

For purposes of this section, the term “Persian
Gulf veteran” means a veteran who served on active duty in the Armed

that may be a manifestation of an undiagnosed illness or a chronic
multisymptom illness include the following:

                      (1)

it is best for me explain best by copying and paste the sections of these laws. Then you see and understand where I am coming from with these laws. there is another law that states that will have to go back to the date of discharge no my discharge form (my DD214) that law is

        TITLE 38 > PART II > CHAPTER 11 > SUBCHAPTER II > § 1110

§ 1110. Basic entitlement

For disability resulting from personal injury suffered or disease contracted in line of duty, or for aggravation of a preexisting
injury suffered or disease contracted in line of duty, in the active military, naval, or air service, during a period of war, the
United States will pay to any veteran thus disabled and who was discharged or released under conditions other than
dishonorable from the period of service in which said injury or disease was incurred, or preexisting injury or disease was
aggravated, compensation as provided in this subchapter, but no compensation shall be paid if the disability is a result of the
veteran’s own willful misconduct or abuse of alcohol or drugs.

So as you can see these laws help the Veteran in a case like mine or if any other Veteran is reading this and needs to get access to these law you can go to http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode38/usc_sup_01_38.html and start here and click on the Part I -VI that they need to help them,

So now back to the letter I am asing my congressman to step in as a Congressman Of the State of Mississippi and assist me in getting my disability, and I am asking him to do a full congressainal investagation of this office. This office needs a serious looking in to on how they are doing the things they are doing.

I will let you know the out come of the letter and I will post my letter at that time I want to be fair and let my Congressman have a chance to respond to my letter, and I will also post his responce too.

If any of you have any suggestions that may help or know if any other information that may help please coment in the coments sections.

Barack Obama and his fear for the Nation

Barack Obama is now saying that we the people should have to require all of our children to learn only Spanish as the foreign language in the schools of America.

To me this is a total outrage it should be up to the student and the parents of that student to choose which language that their child learns, and most parents allow their children to choose which language that they want to learn.

By forcing a child to learn only Spanish in school instead of giving a child a choice of which language he or she learns is setting our children up to fail, is this what school is about setting our children up to fail? (This is the fear card that Mr. Obama is playing, Learn spanish or fail.) Forcing them into only one choice of language? I do not believe that this is what school is about! I have a sixteen year old son that is being given a choice either Spanish, German (when a teacher is found), which they are looking hard for. Or so I am told by the principal, and remember this is the principal that I tried to put in jail for extortion, for holding my sons cell phone for profit. (This is another article if it happens again)

I see no reason for the government to be involved in our schools for languages except maybe forcing those students that their parents have choose to immigrate to America to learn English, and reqire the parents to learn english as well before allowing them to become citizens. If you were to immigrate to any other country to live you would be forced to learn the language and be forced to give up all citizenship of the country you came from. But not in America it should be law that if you immigrate, or come to America to work or to go to school you must learn the language like the other countries in the world. You should have to give up all aspects of the country which you came from.

Why is it that we the people do not stand up for our rights anymore? We the people should not be afraid of our government, our government should be afraid of its people! I am a firm believer that a bill should be put on the ballot for the people to vote on and pass that if the senators, congressmen, congresswomen and the President want a raise then it should be put before the people. It should be like this, when our government wants a raise they should have to go back to their states and request a vote for a pay raise. If the people of their state feel that the job they are doing does not deserve a raise then they do not get a raise. If they fail to get a raise after three attempts then they should not be allowed to run for office any longer. This should be done at a state level as well. As for our President it should be put before every state to vote on and if it is decided that the President does not deserve a raise then the president should not be allowed to run in the next election. This would force the people we call our government to do right by its people and not for big businesses as in the past. Back to the issue I started with, I will cover this paragraph in an article latter.

In Obama’s speech he says that the people that immigrate to the United States will learn English. Well Mr. Obama if this is the case then why it is we have signs, forms and instruction, and even require our packaging to include other languages? Is it not because these immigrates are not learning English to begin with? We are providing for them with their own stations on satellite and cable. Giving them the option in TVs for SAP (Spanish as second programming), giving them choices on the phone by forcing us the American English speaking to have to press one, and in every other aspect of America just so that they do not have to learn English. Wake up Mr. Obama you are wrong to this fact that immigrates are not and let me stress that ARE NOT LEARNING ENGLISH. They are not, because we cater to them and this needs to stop.

Where are you going to take us Mr. Obama if you are elected? When you say in your speech that “we must force our kids to learn Spanish” makes me believe that you will continue to sell out our nation like our current President. What is wrong with you? Are you not an American or are you one of these people that believe in the new world order, and just by this speech alone I have come to the belief that you are one that will continue to try to force our nation into the SPP and into a North American Union. Wake up Mr. Obama the people of America, and Canada, do not want a North American Union or the SPP.

This article is written in my opinion of the speech that Obama did in Powder Springs, GA on English as the official language, and he is going down the wrong road for the people of our nation. Do you agree? Before you answer that watch the video of the speech yourself http://www.youtube.com/v/g6gfcAe3-as&hl=en&fs=1 then be afraid very, very afraid for allowing this one term senator to become our president. This is not one the better of Will Smith's movies that he has done. It is an ok movie, with a lot of slowness in it. I do not recommend seeing it for the cost of a theater ticket, and I would have waited for it to come out on DVD to see it if I had known it was not going to be a great movie.

This movie goes to the side like the movie Wild Wild West. I expected a lot more from this movie, after all it is Will Smith. We all know his movies like Men in Black 1 and 2 or I Robot which were all fast paced sit on the edge of your seat movies. This is not one of those movies.

This is one of those movies that you would see if there is nothing else worth seeing. Guess I should have went and seen Wall-e, a safe children/adult movie that maybe better than Hancock I can not really say until I see it.

So if you go see Hancock just be warned that it is a slow paced movie that my just put you to sleep until the last half hour of the movie.

If you have seen this movie tell me what you think. Did you like it and why? did you not like it and why?

The Vetrans Adminastration Denies

I got a letter from the V.A. the other day (it is why I have not updated my blog) and it upset me profusely. They denied my claim because my U.S. Army Records are not available to them, they even called me a few weeks ago asking me if I had my records. I explained to them that I do not have my records and every time I requested them that they V.A. Department of Records in St. Louis MO. does not have them.

I have even talked to the folks in St. Louis on the phone and they told me on the phone they show that they received them, but have no idea what happened to my records, that was the first time I talk to them in 2000 and then in 03 I talked to them again after requesting then again for the 5th time and was told by the man that answered that they were burnt in the fire that burnt almost all the records in 1992 but I have never been able to prove that there even was a fire in 92.

I do not understand how an organization like the V.A. could lose both of a persons files, the personnel (201) file and medical file. How it is possible that two separate files be lost that are suppose to be stored in two different parts of a building, one file I can understand but both?

The 201 file is suppose to be stored and under control of one group of people and the Medical records are suppose to be stored in another part of the building. All of this is suppose to be done by your social security number. In this day and age though these records are also suppose to be on a computer disk and micro fiche some where else. Iron Mountain is suppose to have a section in their cave (yes it is actually a cave) that they store copies of these records as well, and there is suppose to be a copy at the Pentagon, of which I have yet to get a response from the Pentagon. The Iron Mountain office tells me that there is no such area in their cave that they store military records. Because I wrote to Iron Mountain to find out to whom I could contact to try and find a copy of my records.

As of the date of this writing I am one of a few thousand veterans that was not able to get a copy of their records and are being told that their records no longer exist or are lost. What I am to do now is to try again to back track my records from the last known place of existence and see if I can find record that they were ever shipped to the St. Louis office to begin with, and if not then I am going to have to trace them threw the last Army base I served at. Which I have tried to do before but this time I will only talk to the officers in charge.

If you have any other suggestion or served with me in the Army At Coleman Barricks or Turley Barricks in Mannheim Germany, or at Fort Lewis Washington then let me know threw the comments section.

The Comments Section is now a discussion area

I have check the comments section every time I come to my blog, so far

list you in the blog it's self, because your comment may have sparked
an interest that may be worthy to bring to the masses that are reading
my blog.

As of today I joined the Google AdSense program which means that for every ad that you click on I will earn money. I did this so that I could make a little extra money. So on the days that your broad and need something to do come to my blog and click on the ads and help my family and I make some money

Your support of this will help me make some money to off set the lower income that my family and I have. So the more you click the more I'll make. As soon as they get this up and running it will appear on my blog below the posts, so please, please, click away when you see the ads

This does not mean you have to buy anything, all you have to do is click, click, and keep on clicking. Also thought I figure out haw to get my line breaks to work in the blog editor/creator so I would have paragraphs that are separated by a blank line, this is an issue I have been working and reading up on to make my blog easier to read

I hope that all is well with my friends and all that read my blog. May God find and keep each and every one of you in grace

I will never forget the day I was in my room listening to George Carlin's newest album, (yes it was a record not a CD, wish I still had them) after words I came out and asked my mom a question a smart assed one, and she told me she would wash my mouth out with soap, I quoted Mr Carlin from the album I just heard and said "I'll blow bubbles out my ass!" and she smacked my mouth in front of God and all.

George Carlin you will be missed by all of your fan, and I will pray for your family that they find the peace from their loss of your love and companion ship, you were the one that made me laugh every time I saw or heard your comedy even if I had heard it over and over.

I will miss your live comedy on TV and in concert you helped me laugh at the world and at my self, and taught me that life is meant to be fun and if you cant have fun then why do it. You made Millions laugh.

Ass Holes that should not exist

Ok today is the first real posting.

Why do people have to be real "Ass holes" and think they know everything! even when they are wrong and unable to admit it. Why do I let my self get drawn in to bull shit that I know I shouldn't, I guess it is just human nature.

I have this female on pogo that is a real bitch and treats the soldiers of our armed forces like shit, she even went so far as told me that I never served. Well you can see from the pictures that I did serve and I am very proud of it.

I served in 3/8 Calvary, 3/7th Calvary, (both at Coleman Barracks Mannheim Germany) 181st Transportation Battalion, (Turley Barracks Mannheim Germany) 513 Transportation Company, 1st Special Forces Group, (both at Fort Lewis Washington) and Delta Force (not able to tell you where due to US secrecy laws).

It is a real shame that I served to allow ass holes like this person on pogo and others that are real cowards. Then expect people to stand up for their freedom and then have them throw it in our faces and treat our freedom like it should be thrown in the garbage...

This is why America is in the shape it is in, if the ass holes like this person would stand up for their rights then our rights would not be being oppressed like they are today. It is people like this that person that gives our nation a bad name.

I am sure it will not be the last time I have to say something on this subject, we will see.

For the record Floatingeagle is allowed to rant or rave about what he sees fit, freedom of speech sees to that, so does the American Constitution, along with freedom of the press. Floatingeagle believes that a blog falls under both areas because one it is published material and two because it is his personal thoughts made public for the world to see.

There will be times that Floatingeagle will post just his poetry for the world to read. Please be aware that when this is the case the poem(s) that are published on this blog are copy righted to the author of the material, and can only be used with the express written permission of the writer.

If you would like to use any comments or photos (if applicable) on this site please ask, Floatingeagle is a reasonable person and most of the time will allow the use of his printed material.

So enjoy his rants and raves about anything and everything in the world.
